Terms of Service

GrowwPaisa is an affiliate marketing, rewards and cashback platform operated by Appmontize Media Private Limited. We maintain commercial relationships with third-party brands and advertisers (“Partners”) who pay us a commission when a user completes a specified action (such as signing up for a service, downloading an app, or making a purchase) that constitutes a valid referral (“Campaign” or “Offer”). We share a portion of that commission with you as cashback or a reward. We act as an intermediary and affiliate marketing network; we are not the provider, seller, or supplier of the underlying third-party products or services, and we do not guarantee any minimum income or earnings.

• You must be at least 18 years old and a resident of India.
• You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
• Each user may maintain only one account. Multiple or duplicate accounts may be suspended.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

• Rewards are credited to your in-app wallet only after the relevant Partner confirms that the Campaign action was validly completed. Confirmation timelines are determined by the Partner and are outside our direct control.
• A reward may be withheld, reversed, or adjusted if a task is found to be incomplete, duplicated, fraudulent, or rejected by the Partner, even after it has been provisionally credited.
• Reward amounts are set by the Partner, displayed on each campaign card, and may change at any time for future participation. We make no guarantee of any minimum reward level or monthly earning.
• Referral rewards: If you refer another user who then completes a Campaign, you may earn a referral reward as a percentage of the commission we receive from the Partner for that Campaign. The applicable referral reward rates are shown on the Refer & Earn page and may be updated at any time. Referral rewards are subject to the same validation rules as campaign rewards and are sourced solely from the commission paid to us — they do not involve any payment by or from the referred user.
• Wallet balances represent earned rewards eligible for withdrawal; they are not a deposit, e-wallet, or stored-value instrument regulated under the Payment and Settlement Systems Act, and earn no interest.

• To withdraw earnings, you must complete identity verification (KYC), including submitting your PAN and a valid payout method (bank account or UPI).
• Withdrawals are subject to a minimum threshold displayed on the Platform.
• Payouts are processed through a regulated third-party payment partner. By requesting a withdrawal, you authorise us to share the details necessary to complete the transfer.
• We may delay or decline a withdrawal pending verification, suspected fraud, incomplete KYC, or as required by law. If a payout fails or is reversed by the payment partner, the amount will be returned to your wallet.
• You are solely responsible for the accuracy of the payout details you provide. We are not liable for transfers to an incorrect account caused by inaccurate details.

You agree not to:

• Use bots, scripts, emulators, VPNs, or any automated or deceptive means to complete tasks or generate rewards.
• Create multiple accounts, self-refer, or engage in collusive or fraudulent referral activity.
• Submit false information or impersonate another person.
• Interfere with, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Platform or its systems.
• Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law.

Violation may result in forfeiture of wallet balance, suspension, or permanent termination of your account.

You are responsible for any taxes applicable to the rewards you earn. Where required by law, we may deduct tax at source (TDS) and/or report earnings to the relevant authorities.

All content, trademarks, logos, and software on the Platform are owned by or licensed to the Company. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

The Platform is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, the accuracy of Partner offers, the approval of any Campaign completion by a Partner, or any particular level of rewards or earnings. Reward amounts and campaign availability are subject to change at any time. GrowwPaisa is not a financial product, investment scheme, or income guarantee. Participation does not assure any fixed or minimum return. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount of verified rewards in your wallet at the time the claim arose.

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for breach of these Terms, suspected fraud, or legal reasons. You may stop using the Platform at any time. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including those on liability, IP, and governing law) will survive.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts at Delhi.
